REFUND POLICY: We have a 7 day return policy. Due to the nature of our product we only offer refund for 50% of the purchase price.The item must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped in.S&H is not included. Refunds will be in the form of store credit toward alternate purchase.

PAYMENT: We except Paypal, certified bank cheque & international money order as form of payment for purchase from this store. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use paypal. We understand that not everyone uses credit cards or checks or paypal. If choosing money order/cheque option as form of payment at checkout, you will receive email within 24 hours with instructions and total.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, via Canada Post.

PRIVACY POLICY:When you place orders with the SEWING Knitch your personal credit information is processed by world recognized PAYPAL for online payment processing . All sensitive/credit information you supply is entered on the paypal server only. Paypal then forwards confirmation of payment. We do not have access to that information. We do not retain your personal information for any other reason then general bookeeping. If you are a member of the Knittingknitch.com family, in the future we may invite you to participate in our own email marketing, at that time you will be notified and will have option to opt out. We do not share your order information at anytime with 3rd parties, nor will we ever.
